Achievement and progress at Bretforton continues to improve because skilled teachers regularly evaluate and refine their practice and the curriculum, adapting content so that pupils understand and enjoy learning as part of the human condition. Our children are well motivated and we challenge pupils to think, work and learn as well as they can.
Parents have a huge part to play as role models and collaborators in learning, both at home and being present to support their child during key moments in school. We encourage parents to play an active part in their child's education and hope that sharing with you how our curriculum is organised will enable this to happen.
The Curriculum At Bretforton Village School provides a broad, balanced, relevant curriculum for children (aged 4-10 years) based on Early Learning Goals, The National Curriculum and the Local Authority’s Guidelines for Religious Education.
